Aiden Mullen

Based in the Nashville, TN area, Aidan is a Realtor with a 37-year history in the music business. Relocating from Northern CA in 1995 to continue his playing career, he changed musical direction after spending the last three and a half years playing guitar and bass with rock icon Eddie Money. He joined country artist Collin Raye’s band. When Collin’s career slowed down, he was asked to return to the technical side of the industry and a job he’d had years previous, guitar technician for Metallica. After an 18-month tour with Matchbox Twenty, he was asked to fly to Ireland and do a show with Def Leppard. This turned into a 20-year relationship that continues to this day.

Aidan’s interest in Real Estate began during his childhood, watching his grandparents successfully buy, rehab, rent, and sell homes in the San Francisco bay area. In the mid-1980s, his mother became a Realtor in Sonoma County, and his interest grew. When Covid completely shut down the music industry, he knew the time was right to pursue that interest. Aidan’s hands-on experience in troubleshooting and his own personal experience relocating across the country give him a unique perspective and the ability to help those considering a move to middle TN. His friends and business connections in the music industry create a large, worldwide network, many of whom are also involved in Real Estate, and will prove very helpful to his clients.
